Churchill is a natural when it comes to connecting with people. It’s a talent that has been engrained in her since she was young and a skill she developed across many involvements at É«É«À². It’s also what moved her to work with youth on the South Side of Chicago at the University of Chicago Charter Schools.

McVey and Gray are co-founders of Room 35, a business consulting firm that takes entrepreneurship and social good seriously. Focusing on the growth of construction firms, particularly in underrepresented communities, Room 35 has partnered with the city of Kalamazoo, PNC Bank, Stryker and Southwest Michigan First, among others, raising over $4 million in new business for clients in 2022.
Beau Preston, MBA’14
Preston loves the challenge of running his own company, Omnis Panels. His internationally patented rainscreen tool, The Joint Jig, has been able to take his passions and problem-solving skills across the globe. Citing the source of his superpower as growing up as the youngest of six children, he has found untold inspiration in those who are smart and brave.
Julianna Gegovic, B.B.A.’18
Gegovic knows that nothing in sales comes easy, which is why she has excelled in her career at ADP. A high achiever in the sales and business marketing program at É«É«À², she earned her way to the top—receiving President’s Club honors twice within her first three years at the company.
Benjamin Ndinga Etshim, B.B.A.’18
Etshim has persevered through many challenges to get where he is today. Moving to the United States from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, his tenacity to pursue a supply chain degree at É«É«À² strengthened his confidence and led to a successful career.
