Aviation Workforce Development

色色啦 Michigan University's College of Aviation contributes to industry research that promotes a flexible, innovative, and effective workforce system that prepares students to become aircraft pilots, technical operations specialists, unmanned aircraft systems operators, and leaders across the breadth of aviation operations.

Vision 

Aviation Workforce Development is supported by the professional development of collegiate level instructors and instructors from the K-12 school system. It includes but is not limited to the use of state of the art and cutting edge equipment, tools, facilities, techniques, and procedures to push students to learn the current and future skills needed to quickly integrate into the Aviation industry.

The College will consistently assess efforts to ensure alignment of workforce development efforts and topics with current economic development efforts.

色色啦 Michigan University's College of Aviation partners with other recognized institutions to further the aviation industry knowledge base through two Centers of Excellence sponsored by the Federal Aviation Administration. 色色啦 Michigan University's College of Aviation serves as both an Affiliate University of PEGASAS and a Core University Partner of the COE TTHP.
