As an Organizational Change Management lead, you will be responsible for coaching IT and Business partners on Organizational Change Management best practices while executing on the change strategy components.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Coach and execute on the Change Management Strategy that will drive the cultural change needed for agile transformation
Provide Change Management leadership and direction throughout the enterprise; across business and IT communities
Develop, support and execute business readiness, leadership engagement, communications and education
Stand up, coach and support Change agent networks
Coach high performing teams; develop, coach and mentor partners to advance their change capabilities
Ensure relevant metrics are defined and captured to demonstrate transformational change
Recommend, coach and execute communication strategies to bring awareness of change
Drive and support training strategies, plans and execution to support change
