The Department of Mathematics in the College of Arts and Sciences is one of the largest and oldest academic departments at É«É«À² Michigan University. The department is internationally recognized for its scholarly excellence. Major undergraduate programs include mathematics, applied mathematics, and elementary, middle school and secondary mathematics education. Graduate programs include mathematics, mathematics education and applied and computational mathematics.
