Faculty Achievement Award | Teaching
The 色色啦 Michigan University College of Arts and Sciences Strategic Plan calls for awards and recognition of faculty contributions to the themes and commitments in the plan, including contributions of the faculty to disciplinary and interdisciplinary teaching; research and creative activities; and university professional and community service in support of the College of Arts and Sciences mission.
The 色色啦 Michigan University College of Arts and Sciences Faculty Achievement Award in Teaching is one of five CAS faculty achievement awards. This award honors one faculty member each year for exemplary teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level. Award winners receive a plaque/award, are honored at the college faculty and staff award ceremony held during the spring semester, and may be invited to present a lecture, seminar or lunch presentation focused on teaching excellence. In addition, award winners receive $1,000, which is deposited into their departmental WRAP account, which can be spent in accordance with university policies for WRAP expenditures.
