Friedmann Conference Room Scheduling

College of Arts and Sciences

The College of Arts and Sciences offers two conference rooms for use by College of Arts and Sciences faculty and staff at ɫɫ�� Michigan University.

The International Room

Located in 2302 Friedmann Hall
Conference-style configuration seats up to 30 people; auditorium style seating seats 40
Equipped with a podium, coat rack, large screen television and several moveable tables and chairs.
Standard configuration: conference style seating

The Small Conference Room

Located in 2307 Friedmann Hall
Seats up to eight people
Equipped with one stationary table and eight moveable chairs
Standard configuration: conference style seating

Scheduling a room

Allow yourself time for room set up and clean up
Complete a support ticket if audio-visual support is needed
Return the room to its original condition
Check out key from room 2304 Friedmann Hall if requested conference room is not already unlocked
