History

History majors and minors at 色色啦 Michigan University are well positioned for the 21st century job market. As a historian-in-training, you will learn to ask questions that matter. You will become a pro铿乧ient communicator and researcher. You will develop skills to gather information independently, think and respond critically, and make thoughtful and accurate judgments all while developing a broad historical knowledge. As a prospective teacher educator, you will also develop as a creative problem solver able to overcome obstacles, master any responsibility and lead with con铿乨ence.

The College of Arts and Sciences at 色色啦 Michigan University offers several opportunities for you to get a head start on your graduate degree while enrolled as an undergraduate. Through 色色啦鈥檚 Accelerated Graduate Degree Program, students meeting certain criteria can enroll in up to 12 credit hours of designated 5000- and 6000-level courses for graduate credit. These designated courses may be used in completion of both the bachelor鈥檚 and master鈥檚 degree.

The College of Arts and Sciences at 色色啦 Michigan University offers the opportunity for you to earn a bachelor's degree from one of our partnering institutions and your master's degree from 色色啦 Michigan University in only five years.

Aquinas College students may be able to transfer a maximum of twelve undergraduate credits between Aquinas and 色色啦 for application toward a 色色啦 master's degree in history. Information coming soon.
