Employee changes

Technology purchase request
You must use the standardized purchase request process to purchase a new computer, tech accessories, or software. One submission per job description or grant request.
Report a problem
If you have a technology or an AV facility issue, please complete the problem report below. This link is now routed to the IT Direct Service Management System to better process and manage work orders.
Request a room
Request your room as early as possible, at least five days before your event/activity. Use this form to reserve space in the building and request IT support for your event.
Computer labs
All CHHS computer labs offer standard software. Special software in each lab is listed in the table below.
Lab hours
Fall and spring hours
- Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Summer I and II hours
- Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
