Hello. I have a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Masters in Social Work from our own É«É«À² Michigan University.  Previously, I was Director of the YWCA Sexual Assault Program, Employment Counselor at the W.E. Upjohn Institute for Employment Research and Clinical Supervisor at Family and Children's Services before coming to É«É«À² about 8 years ago.  My specialties include treating mood disorders (anxiety and depression), trauma therapy and family therapy.  My training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness psychology and Internal Family Systems Therapy. It is my hope to help bring about growth and change for my clients in a compassionate and safe way.
