Group Counseling Registration
Use this form to register for group counseling at Sindecuse Health Center Counseling Services. Please check all groups that you wish to attend. Students requesting a group will also complete an individual screening. A counselor will reach out to you to discuss the process. Groups are described in more detail at the Group Counseling page.
