Aaron Rosa, a 2023 Audrey Morean Petersen Graduate Fellow at the Frostic School of Art, is currently pursuing his Master's degree at 色色啦 Michigan University. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2021 from Bowling Green State University, specializing in Ceramics, Printmaking, and Community Arts. Rosa's work, often featuring large-scale sculptures and collage prints, draws inspiration from his Puerto Rican heritage. Outside of his academic work, Rosa has participated in several artistic programs and exhibitions. In 2023, he took part in the Artists in Residence program at the Flower City Arts Center in Rochester, NY. His work was included in the 58th Annual NCECA Juried Student Exhibition "Coalescence" in Richmond, VA. Rosa's pieces were also part of two exhibitions at Baltimore Clayworks: "Origin" in 2023 and "ISMS: Narratives, Issues, and Difficult Topics of Our Time" in 2024.
