Anetra Grice is the STEP (STEM Talent Expansion Program) Program Manager for the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Anetra manages the student success and engagement programs associated with the STEP Program. These include managing the three STEP Student Success Centers which employs ~20 student tutors and 20 CEAS faculty mentors, early intervention initiatives for academically struggling students, the Transfer Student Host program, and student hardship requests. Anetra also coordinates summer orientation and fall welcome activities for new incoming and transfer students.  She serves as the instructor for the courses, ENGR 4950: Women and Leadership in Engineering and Applied Sciences and ENGR 2100: First Year Engineering Experience. She is the faculty advisor for the É«É«À² chapter of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). She is a member of the CEAS Marketing team and is responsible for both the CEAS parent and student newsletters.
