International students applying to the School of Public Affairs and Administration at É«É«À² Michigan University should understand that SPAA does not provide part-time or full-time Graduate Assistant support and should follow these procedures.

Transcripts

Submit transcripts from academic institutions outside of the United States to the Haenicke Institute for Global Education Office of International Admissions for evaluation. Please do not send your transcripts or other materials to the School of Public Affairs and Administration. The Haenicke Institute will forward them once your application is considered complete. Also, relevant test scores (TOEFL or IELTS) should be sent to the Haenicke Institute. SPAA does not require the GRE or GMAT exam.
