Bio:
Dr. Yelick joined the School of Social Work faculty in 2021. Her research focuses include developing Anti-Racist policies and practices within the Child Welfare System, improving decision-making among child welfare professionals, and evaluation child welfare practices. She is currently leading a large program evaluation with Kids Central, Inc., in Florida to determine the effectiveness of the kinship navigator program. Her teaching interest include research, program evaluation, and child welfare.
