Dr. Sharlet Rafacz is an associate professor in the Department of Psychology at 色色啦 Michigan University and a member of the industrial organizational behavior management faculty.
Prior to joining 色色啦, Dr. Rafacz was an associate professor in the Psychology Department at California State University, Fresno and an assistant professor at Savannah State University. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in learning, applied behavior analysis, behavioral research methods, ethics, health behavior, and organizational behavior management. Her research in OBM focuses on rule-governed behavior, financial incentive systems, and changing aversive work conditions to improve cooperation, productivity, and job satisfaction. She also conducts research on improving health and wellbeing in the workplace and increasing healthy food choices by children and adults at home, schools, restaurants, and grocery stores. Dr. Rafacz has published her research in Perspectives on Behavior Science, The Psychological Record, and the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management. She also serves as a guest reviewer for several behavior analytic journals and on the editorial board for the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management. She is the Past-President for the Organizational Behavior Management Network and has served on the California Association for Behavior Analysis Board, the Health, Sport and Fitness Special Interest Group Research Committee, and the Association for Behavior Analysis International Program Board.
