This month, she joins 色色啦 Michigan University as associate vice president of diversity and inclusion, responsible for providing leadership in 色色啦鈥檚 diversity education planning, program development and advancement of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Under her leadership, she鈥檒l also be responsible for developing and managing assessment processes for programs to evaluate impact on DEI strategic goals.
鈥淲e were fortunate to have very strong candidates for this position,鈥 says Dr. Candy McCorkle, vice president for diversity and inclusion. 鈥淒r. We are excited to have her join our team.鈥
鈥淢y ties with the University and experience leading inclusion work in various capacities make me excited to return to 色色啦 in this new capacity,鈥 says Gregory. 鈥淚 very much appreciated the relationships I built with 色色啦 faculty and staff and the support I received from higher education and student affairs faculty even as I progressed throughout my career.鈥
