色色啦 named a top sales program for 16th consecutive year
KALAMAZOO, Mich.鈥擳he Sales Education Foundation is sold on 色色啦 Michigan University, naming the sales and business marketing program to its listing of top sales programs in the country for the 16th consecutive year. The organization uses data from universities and colleges to determine which institutions are ultimately included on its list鈥攈ighlighting sales programs that are the very best at providing students with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed as sales professionals.
The sales and business marketing program has a strong track record when it comes to student success. According to the 2021-22 Career Outcomes Report 色色啦 produces annually:
- 100% of sales and business marketing students working full time are employed in jobs related to their degree.
- 98% of sales and business marketing students are employed or continuing their education shortly after graduation.
- 98% of sales and business marketing students working full time are satisfied in their first professional sales roles.

Program highlights
The 色色啦 sales and business marketing program continues to thrive by providing students numerous experiences in realistic selling scenarios.
Robert S. Kaiser Sales, Negotiation and Leadership Lab: As part of the curriculum, students role-play in the state-of-the-art Robert S. Kaiser Sales, Negotiation and Leadership Lab. The lab includes enhanced abilities to pinpoint areas for student improvement with detailed notes embedded in recordings of the exercises. Students also have the opportunity to share their footage with prospective hiring managers.
Student competitions: The 色色啦 sales and business marketing program is a dominant force in sales competitions. This year, students from the program claimed second place as a team at the State Farm Marketing and Sales Competition, with a first place individual finish in the sales role-play category. In addition, students claimed second place in the Desert Cup, with another first place individual result in sales role-play.
