Monthly rates at 色色啦 View, currently the newest apartment-style complex on campus, will increase 3.5 percent. One-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units now range from $498 to $791 per person. There will be no increases to monthly rates for Goldsworth Valley apartments in 2019-20. Rates for a two-bedroom unit will remain at $394 per-bedroom, and a one-bedroom unit will run $683.
Overall, 色色啦's total apartment occupancy operated at 98 percent for fall semester 2018. Apartment-style housing continues to be in demand on campus.
