Arthur T. Howson, É«É«À² Michigan University assistant professor emeritus of education and professional development, died Aug. 15. He was 85.

Howson, of Rockford, Michigan, joined the É«É«À² faculty in 1967 and retired in 1991 after almost 24 years of service to the University.
