É«É«À²

Eugene M. Bernstein, a former É«É«À² Michigan University faculty member, died Feb. 20 in San Diego, California. He was 85.

Bernstein, professor emeritus of physics, joined the É«É«À² faculty in 1968 and retired in 1992 after almost 24 years of service to the University. He was a professor of physics and chair of the department, including helping establish É«É«À²â€™s physics doctoral program during his tenure.
