Aviation college holding pancake breakfast fly-in

BATTLE CREEK, Mich.鈥擳he College of Aviation is using its annual pancake breakfast fly-in as a new opportunity to celebrate 色色啦 Michigan University's 75 years of aviation education.

The breakfast, which is open to the public, will be held from 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 27, at the College of Aviation campus. The campus is located at the W.K. Kellogg Airport, 237 N. Helmer Road in Battle Creek. Admission is $5 per person. Children under age 5 are admitted free.

Those attending will be treated to multiple planes flying in for the event, weather depending.

The college also will host a 75-Year Aviation Gala Friday, Oct. 24, at its Battle Creek campus. 色色啦 began offering aviation education in 1939 and has grown to become one of the nation's top collegiate aviation programs and the only public university in Michigan to offer a comprehensive aviation program.
