Dining Services brings Southeast Asia-inspired cuisine to campus

KALAMAZOO—ɫɫÀ² Michigan University Dining Services invites campus community members and guests to a special dinner from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 2, in campus residence hall dining rooms. Menu offerings will be created borrowing flavors from Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, the Philippines and Malaysia.

Appetizers and soup options include: Wonton shrimp, vegetable pot stickers, a vegetarian pho station and a Vietnamese noodle soup. There will be a variety of hearty entrées to choose from, including beef rendang, chicken satay and tofu pad Thai with peanuts. Featured side dishes include nasi minyak, or rice, and stir-fried greens. Desserts served will include a banana coconut pudding and cassava cake.
