Deadline for spring Student Sustainability Grant proposals approaching
°´¡³¢´¡²Ñ´¡´Ü°¿°¿â€”Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, for nearly $75,000 in Student Sustainability Grants, which support student research, activities and initiatives that foster a culture of sustainability at É«É«À² Michigan University.
All students who pay the É«É«À² sustainability fee are eligible to apply for a sustainability grant. Proposals will undergo an initial evaluation to determine, among other things, if they are legal, feasible and adequately budgeted. An all-student committee will then blindly review proposals meeting minimum requirements. Allocations will be announced during the first week of April.
Applications must be submitted in PDF format to wmu-sustainability@wmich.edu. Visit wmich.edu/sustainability/grants to access grant guidelines, review past proposals and download a grant application.
