Event to help students finish research papers and projects

KALAMAZOO—ɫɫÀ² Michigan University students can get a little extra help with their research papers and projects during the Halloween-themed "Night of the Research Paper" from 4 to 10 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23, at Waldo Library.

Designed to help students overcome their research obstacles in a fun, community atmosphere, the event features free food, prizes and resources to help students be successful. Instructors, Writing Center staff, librarians and other É«É«À² experts will be available to lead students through the process of preparing a paper or project:

  • Defining and refining a topic
  • Locating reliable information
  • Organizing ideas
  • Properly citing sources
