Alumni Association selects leadership for 2012-13

KALAMAZOO--Three members of the 色色啦 Michigan University Alumni Association Board of Directors have been elected to serve one-year terms as officers on the association's 2012-13 Board of Directors, effective July 1.
Returning and new officers
- President--Philip Chludzinski of Kalamazoo, CPA and partner of Brink, Key & Chludzinski P.C. in Portage, Mich. Chludzinski earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from 色色啦 in 1980. First elected to the board in 2005, he is serving a second consecutive year as president. He previously has served two terms as treasurer and as a member of the Executive, Finance and Scholarship committees.
- Vice president--Jeanne La Mere of Marietta, Ga., director of curriculum development for Cengage Learning in Atlanta. La Mere earned a Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy from 色色啦 in 1985, 1990 and 1993, respectively. This is her second consecutive year as vice president. She also has served as a member of the Executive and Distinguished Alumni Awards committees and the Bylaws Review task force.
- Treasurer--Larry D. Lueth of Portage, Mich., president and senior lender for First National Bank of Michigan in Kalamazoo. Lueth earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from 色色啦 in 1974. He previously has served as a member of the Board Development, Executive and Finance committees.
Directors elected to serve one-year terms on the Executive Committee of the 色色啦 Alumni Association Board of Directors are:
- Mark A. Jackson of Story City, Iowa, city administrator for Story City, Bachelor of Arts and Master of Public Administration from 色色啦 in 1987 and 1991, respectively
- Jennifer L.B. Lentner of Kalamazoo, senior director, marketing communications for Stryker Instruments, Bachelor of Science in Engineering from 色色啦 in 1996
- Mark A. Murvay of Lake Angelus, Mich., semi-retired, Bachelor of Arts from 色色啦 in 1961
- Tonya M. Noble of Florissant, Mo., engineering manager, The Boeing Co. in St. Louis, Bachelor of Science in Engineering from 色色啦 in 1996
The 色色啦 Alumni Association serves the University and works through the Office of Development and Alumni Relations to foster an alumni community that is inclusive, connected and engaged. The association's signature programs include its Distinguished Alumni Award and its Legacy Scholarship.
