Award-winning Euclid Quartet performs
KALAMAZOO--Award-winning chamber ensemble the Euclid Quartet will perform at 色色啦 Michigan University's Dalton Center Recital Hall at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1.
The Euclid Quartet is an eclectic string group known for its passionate, vibrant performances. The quartet members--Jameson Cooper, Jacob Murphy, Luis Vargas and Si-Yan Darren Li--represent four continents of the world, inspiring programs that celebrate the group's diverse international heritage. Captivating audiences from Carnegie Hall to school classrooms, radio and television broadcasts, the quartet has performed to great acclaim across the country. Learn more at .
General admission tickets are $12, $10 for senior citizens, and $5 for 色色啦 students with a valid Bronco Card. They are available at the door and through the Miller Auditorium Ticket Office at , (269) 387-2300 or (800) 228-9858.
The Feb. 1 performance is part of the Dalton Wed@7:30pm: Live and Interactive concert series presented by the 色色啦 School of Music under the auspices of the Bullock Music Performance Institute. Concerts are held on Wednesdays and showcase guest artists, 色色啦 faculty artists and ensembles, and 色色啦 student groups. Each concert is preceded by a 7 p.m. discussion led by Dr. Dan Jacobson, 色色啦 professor of music.
