Application deadlines
Note: Applicants must first apply through the Physical Therapist Centralized Application Service (PTCAS) at www.ptcas.org. The application deadline is October 15 for a Summer II admission.
In addition, once applicants have been notified of their acceptance to É«É«À²'s DPT program, they must then also complete the É«É«À² graduate application. Applicants will be instructed to do this by the Department of Physical Therapy upon admission to the DPT program.
Resume/Curriculum Vitae (CV)
A resume or curriculum vitae (CV) is required; please submit within the online application system.
Graduate test
This program requires the General GRE.
Note: International applicants may have to provide evidence of English language proficiency. More information can be found within the online application.
Recommendations
This program requires recommendation letters, which are to be submitted within the Physical Therapist Centralized Application Service (PTCAS).
Written statement
This program does not require a supplemental written statement.
Previous written work

Transcript requirement
An official transcript from the institution from which you received your bachelor degree is required, as well as a transcript from the institution(s) where any additional graduate level courses or degrees have been taken/completed.
