Please note that this program requires multiple applications: The main É«É«À² application listed on the program description page, and this additional application for the department and program that you are applying to. 

Written Statement

Before filling out this application, please prepare a statement, which covers the following information, and attach it at the bottom of this form. This form must be filled out completely at one time, you won't be able to partially fill it out and save your progress. Using no more than two typewritten, double-spaced pages, write an essay discussing your professional goals. Give attention to work with racial or ethnic minorities and diverse populations throughout your essay. Include:

1. Your reason for wanting to be in a specific program
2. Your professional goals as they relate to that program
3. An assessment of your personal assets and liabilities
4. Life experiences that might be useful in your work as a helping professional, including your work with racial/ethnic minorities and diverse populations.
