What inspired you to join the Evaluation Lab?
One of the biggest things that I have strived for is to helping people who are often marginalized or underrepresented. With the work that I am doing at the lab, not only am I learning skills to help communities that are overlooked but also come to realize the many things that happen within communities, opening my understanding of the world.

How is your work at the Lab related to your career goals?
When reading about the job, the one thing that stuck out to me was the part about helping our local communities and leaders to help them improve in whatever shape or form. This was interesting and new to me because I have never been in a job where that was the end-goal, and I instantly knew that that was where I needed to be.
