What is the most rewarding and the most challenging part of your job?

The most rewarding is meeting celebs.  The most challenging is the learning curve from ad to sales. 

If you had a campus job or internship, how did they impact your career development? 

My campus job helped with networking and being able to speak with anyone. 

What advice do you have for students looking for their career after college? 

Set goals and tell everybody the same thing. Be real.
