What is the most rewarding and the most challenging part of your job?
Interpreting data correctly and making big improvements based on its interpretation.
Which of your skills had the biggest impact on your success?
As an engineer I knew I would gain a lot of insight on design and application by working in a hands-on environment. I pursued a construction job to work at during my time in college. Having this background not only gave me the great communication and planning skills, but also allowed me to communicate to coworkers during my first co-op with ease.
What advice do you have for others pursuing a career similar to yours?
If you do not like solving problems or are in it for the money you are going to have a bad time.
