Kenneth Stephens’ responsibility is to his clients, understanding their service needs and risk management goals to drive sustainable relationships both domestically and globally. He achieves this daily as a senior vice president, global client executive, at Chubb, the world’s largest publicly traded property and casualty insurance company.
At Chubb, Stephens works with Fortune 500 organizations with complex operations to implement coverage, service and claim solutions—bringing to life comprehensive plans to manage client portfolios that lead to high client satisfaction. He is the single and most trusted point of contact for key clients and their brokers, driving account retention and new product development while advancing client goals.
Stephens has over 36 years with the company. From 2003 to 2008, he served as the specialty northern zone officer for eight branches overseeing management liability for clients in commercial financial institutions and healthcare. Since then, Ken has served as the western territory manager for the management liability business, accountable for 23 offices, over 150 team members and $850 million of U.S. premium.
He has a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from É«É«À² Michigan University. He holds a Registered Professional Liability Underwriter designation and completed the Executive Development Program (EDP) at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
