Stanford is passionate about people. He used his education in sales and business marketing to secure a role in talent acquisition. This introduced him to the human resources field, and he soon became the key strategic staffing business partner for Caddell, a general contracting firm based in Montgomery, Alabama. Stanford currently leads the company鈥檚 talent acquisition team, and his greatest achievement has been hiring and staffing U.S. Embassy and U.S. Consulate projects in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and South America.

Stanford credits his career success to the focus and tenacity he found as a Business Bronco. He now uses that focus to help Caddell employees flourish in a dynamic corporate culture that values growth and opportunities.
