Following her graduation in 2017, Kenady Multer took her sales and business marketing degree to the Kellogg Company. Building on experience she gained during a summer internship, Multer started as a sales representative in Atlanta. Because of the real-world applications in her courses at ɫɫ, she was able to hit the ground running in her role post-graduation, with a strong passion for sales and marketing, building relationships and thinking creatively.
In 2018, Multer started her career at UCB as a neurology associate in outside sales, representing the epilepsy portfolio. Later, she was promoted into a senior sales representative role, covering the greater Detroit area. Here, Multer received a 2020 Patient Value Award for going above and beyond to reach patient communities and the 2022 Performance Pinnacle Award for ranking in the top 10% of the sales force nationally.
She took on a rotational assignment with the UCB learning and development team, spending half of her time in sales and half at the U.S. headquarters. Multer was also selected as an area training specialist, focusing on new differentiated solutions and capabilities for organizational strategies. Multer now holds a full-time position as a U.S. epilepsy learning and development manager, where she’s responsible for training all field sales roles.
