Gretchen Holloway is senior vice president and chief financial officer for ITC Holdings Corp. In her role, Holloway is responsible for the company's accounting, internal audit, treasury, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, risk management, and tax functions. She also heads the company’s new business development efforts.
Previously, Holloway served in various roles, including vice president, interim chief financial officer and treasurer. While serving as vice president, finance, she was responsible for financial planning and analysis, investor relations and risk management. Holloway has served as a director within ITC’s grid development organization. Prior to joining ITC, Holloway held various finance positions at CMS Energy and served as a financial consultant at Arthur Andersen.
Holloway is a member of the finance committee for the Children’s Hospital of Michigan Foundation, as well as the board of directors and finance committee of Inforum, the professional organization designed to accelerate careers for women and boost talent initiatives for companies in Michigan.
