Pamela Jones graduated from É«É«À² Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in 2002. She started working at É«É«À² that same year as a part time aviation maintenance technician, and was hired into a full time position as an aviation maintenance technician in 2004. Jones is currently in charge of parts and warranty in the maintenance department and holds an A&P license.
