The Professional Staff Association of ɫɫ�� (PSAW) Scholarship at ɫɫ�� Michigan University was established by members and friends in 1993 (PSAW was known as the APA until 2024). The scholarship provides financial assistance to undergraduate and graduate students attending ɫɫ�� who are children of active (i.e., dues-paying) and retiree (i.e., active at the time of retirement) members of the PSAW.

Recipients are selected in a random drawing, announced at the membership meeting in January, and notified shortly after that. The award is posted to the recipient's student account the following fall semester.
